Learn Your Dog Laws

Laws regarding dogs are not the same in all states and they may even vary by county. If you have dogs or even just one, it is important to know the dog laws where you live. Look up the information online or visit your local animal control office for laws and regulations.

Some counties required leashes while others may not, some county even ban a specific breed altogether and that type of information is good to have. It is better to find out the info before a law get broken, because then there may be fines to pay, possible vet bills, maybe you will have to bail your dog out of jail, or worse yet..... you lose him for good.

To help others learn Dog Laws throughout the United States, I will be making a series of posts regarding dog laws in different states as well as counties. I will begin with the west coast laws and work my way to the east.

If at any time someone would like to know the laws that i am covering at that time, in there county or state send me a message and I will do my best to get to it as soon as I can.
